When is anyone ever going to “get it” – the fact that when something ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Google and Facebook have yet to learn. Flickr is getting a rush of negative feedback right now. In the end will they care?

This digital dilemma mirrors one happening in the analog world. No matter what, no one seems to understand that the US economy is driven (pun intended) by gasoline prices at-the-pump. No matter what the housing market does or where Wall Street is or what the “unemployment” numbers show, if gas goes up, people cut back. When it comes down, people relax the grip on their wallets. I can’t wait to see what happens when the Obamacare s**t hits the fan!
