Recently, someone asked me why I put so much effort into my radio news stories. They air today. They’re gone tomorrow. Think of every newscast as a meteor shower. Each individual story by each reporter is a falling star, wonderful to watch as it burns brightly streaking across the heavens. Spectacularly short in duration but lasting in impression. That’s all. I create new ones all the time. No two snowflakes alike rule applies.
